Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD within Australia. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $9.95 AUD applies.

Australian Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Free on orders over $100, otherwise $9.95.
  • Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days): $14.95.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates from the date your order is dispatched and may vary depending on your location. Delivery times may be longer during sale periods or other peak times.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and China.

  • Standard International Shipping (6-12 Business Days): Calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
  • Express International Shipping (4-8 Business Days): Calculated at checkout.

All international orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, which are not included in the shipping cost or order total.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your order to be processed before it is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its delivery status using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Please initiate your return through the online portal. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
